These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.myecotour.com and any service provided by Whispering Earth LLP under the MyEcoTour brand. By using our website or engaging our concierge service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The company
MyEcoTour is a brand owned and operated by Whispering Earth LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India, with its registered office at G-116, B Wing, Express Zone, Western Express Highway, Malad East, Mumbai – 400097.
2. Nature of our service
We design bespoke travel itineraries and act as an intermediary between you (the guest) and independent third-party suppliers — lodges, naturalists, transport operators, ashrams, retreat partners and the like. Once you confirm a journey, your contractual relationship for the on-ground experience is with those suppliers; we coordinate, advocate and support throughout, but cannot accept liability for acts or omissions of suppliers beyond our reasonable control.
3. Bookings and payment
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed deposit and a written confirmation from MyEcoTour.
- The balance is payable per the schedule set out in your booking confirmation — typically 45 days before departure.
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) unless explicitly noted, and are inclusive of GST as applicable.
4. Travel documents and insurance
It is your responsibility to ensure that all travel documents (passport, visas, vaccinations) are valid and in order for the journey. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical evacuation, baggage and personal liability for every guest.
5. Conduct and responsibility
Many of our journeys take place in sensitive ecological and cultural environments. Guests are expected to behave with respect towards local communities, wildlife and natural surroundings, and to follow the briefings given by guides and lodges. We reserve the right to terminate participation in any journey, without refund, in cases of behaviour that endangers others or violates local law.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, photography, illustrations, video, code — is the property of Whispering Earth LLP or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability arising out of any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that booking. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
