- Booking information: identity documents, dietary or medical needs you choose to share, emergency contacts, payment details (processed by our payment gateway — we do not store full card numbers).

2. How we use your information
- To design and deliver your bespoke journey and communicate with you about it.
- To coordinate with the lodges, guides and suppliers necessary for your itinerary.

We share the minimum information necessary with the on-ground partners delivering your journey (lodges, transport, naturalists). We never sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose information when required by law, a court order or a regulatory authority.

We retain enquiry and booking records for the period required by applicable Indian tax and regulatory law (typically eight years from the close of the financial year), after which we securely delete them. Anonymised analytics may be kept longer.
