Ayurveda, tea-country mists, and a southern surf coast.
A measured eleven-night Sri Lanka circuit — three nights of guided Ayurveda at a 1908 Galle Fort retreat, the tea estates of Ella by private rail, an elephant-gentling afternoon at Udawalawe (no rides — observation only), and a closing flourish on the wild beaches of Tangalle. Every property on our list runs a fully solar laundry and zero-plastic guest experience.

Common questions
Before you book Sri Lanka Wellness Coast.
When is the best season for Sri Lanka's coasts?
The island has two monsoons, so there's always a dry coast: December–April for the south and west (Galle, Bentota), May–September for the east (Trincomalee, Pasikuda). We simply route your itinerary to the sunny side.
Is the Ayurveda authentic?
Yes — our partner retreats are physician-led with daily consultations, personalised panchakarma protocols, herbal dispensaries on site and yoga at dawn. A genuine course needs 7–14 nights; shorter stays focus on restorative treatments instead.
What can we combine with the wellness stay?
A gentle cultural arc: Galle Fort's ramparts at sunset, a private tea-country day by rail, whale watching from Mirissa (November–April), and turtles nesting on Rekawa beach. All within a few hours of the coast.
