Common questions

Before you book Rajasthan Heritage Trail.

When is the best time for Rajasthan?

October to March — cool desert days, festival season (Pushkar Camel Fair in November, Jaipur Literature Festival in January) and perfect light on the forts. Summer (April–June) exceeds 40 °C and is best avoided.

Do we stay in real palaces?

Yes — heritage stays are the heart of this trail: converted maharaja palaces, havelis and fort hotels, many still hosted by the founding families. Candle-lit courtyard dinners and private zenana suites come as standard.

How long does the classic circuit need?

Nine to twelve nights covers Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur and Jaisalmer at a graceful pace, with a Thar desert camp under the stars. Shorter golden-triangle versions and longer Shekhawati fresco extensions are easily arranged.
