Common questions

Before you book Rann Utsav, Kutch.

Do I need a permit to travel here?

Some Indian states (Nagaland, Sikkim, Andaman, Lakshadweep, parts of Ladakh) require an Inner Line Permit or Restricted Area Permit. We arrange these on your behalf at the time of booking — typically 2 working days for ILP, 5–7 for RAP.

When is the best time to visit?

October through March is the broadly comfortable window across most of India — cool days, dry skies and the festival calendar at its richest. We tune each itinerary's exact dates to local weather patterns and shoulder-season pricing.

Are the experiences family-friendly?

Yes. Most of our India journeys are designed for couples, families and small groups (4–12). Wildlife and high-altitude segments have age-appropriate adaptations available — share the ages of children at booking and we'll tailor.
