“The hybrid-electric voyage through Sognefjord was a revelation — slow, almost silent, and impossibly beautiful. MyEcoTour matched our pace and our principles in equal measure. We will return.”
Hybrid-electric coastal voyages through the western fjords.
A quiet passage along Sognefjord and Geirangerfjord aboard hybrid-electric vessels. Days are slow: cliff-side hikes, fishing-village stops, and aurora watching in season.

Common questions
Before you book Norwegian Fjords.
Do I need a Schengen visa?
Yes for most Europe journeys (Norway, Iceland, France, Italy, Spain). We provide a complete visa-support kit — confirmed hotel bookings, day-by-day itinerary, travel insurance and a letter of invitation. Application typically takes 2–3 weeks.
How does the carbon-offset cycling / coastal voyage option work?
Where possible we route guests on hybrid-electric coastal voyages (e.g. Norway's Havila line) and train-only Alpine transfers — zero short-haul flights inside Europe. Our Swiss cycling and Norwegian coastal options sit at the lowest CO₂ band of any package we sell.
Is the trip ok in winter / aurora season?
Absolutely — our Northern Lights Norway itinerary is calibrated for Jan-March 'aurora oval' visibility, with PhD astronomers leading every chase. Cabins are heated to 22 °C and gear (down parkas, snowboots, thermals) is provided on arrival.
